Eligibility criteria for First Year Admission
Through CAP:
The candidate must have passed (10+2) Examination with at least integrated 50% marks (45% for backward & Physically challenged candidates) in the compulsory subjects Physics &
Mathematics along with one of the following subjects:
Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational.
The candidate must also have appeared for JEE.
Note: [It means that the candidates having less than 50% Marks (45% for backward & Physically challenged candidates) in the compulsory subjects Physics & Mathematics along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational will not be eligible for the admission.]

Eligibility Criteria for Direct Second Year Admission
The candidate must be an Indian national and should have passed Diploma course in Engineering / Technology with at least 45% marks (40% for backward class / physically handicapped from only Maharashtra).
OR
The candidate must be an Indian national and should have passed B.Sc. degree from UGC / Association of Indian Universities recognized universities with at least 45% marks (40% for backward class / physically handicapped from only Maharashtra) and passed 12th std. examination with Mathematics as the subject & with English as a medium of instruction at B.Sc. level.
